hure: NYSSOMS Spring Brochure 2025PRESENTATIONThis course will teach adva
nced minimally invasive techniques for open woundand tunnel grafting\, enh
anced wound healing\, immediate management of estheticzone\, single and mu
lti-rooted extraction sites and advanced crestal sinus elevation. We will p
resent “State of the Art” treatment used to manage the spectrum ofanatomic
defects encountered in daily practice\, demonstrating predictable outcome
safter 28 years of development and experience. Digital planning and dynami
cnavigation surgery provide a paradigm shift in predictable implant treatm
ent foroptimal outcomes. Surgical instrumentation\, selection of graft mat
erials\, use ofAmnion/Chorion and biologics to up regulate wound healing\,
will also be presented.Participants will learn techniques offering faster
healing interval\, stable long-termresults and minimal discomfort. Applic
ations of Cone Beam CT imaging\, anatomicevaluation\, case selection and p
rogressive skill development can avoid potentialcomplications for predicta
ble patient centered outcomes. OBJECTIVESAt the end of the presentation\,
attendees should better understand:1. Identify the role of CBCT diagnosis\
, planning and navigation software as indicatorsof technique selection\, r
isk prevention and treatment in patient centric care2. Select surgical tre
atment options based on anatomy and host factors to enhanceoutcomes\, redu
ce treatment time and morbidity in management of vertical andhorizontal al
veolar deficiencies3. Explain the indications and applications of modified
end cutting drills\, osseodensification\,piezosurgery\, hydraulic and mod
ified osteotome techniques incontiguous and advanced crestal sinus elevati
on4. Understand the anatomic and implant design parameters for implant pos
itioningand primary stability to optimize immediate and long-term successP
